Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Methods

All of our transactions are processed by PayPal.  If you do not have a PayPal account, you will have the option to still make payment via a credit and/or debit card.

 

Recurring Billing

After you signup, monthly billing will continue via automatic recurring billing every 30-days until cancellation.  Invoicing will be processed via PayPal.  Please note that the yearly membership option cannot be changed to a monthly membership once the first payment has been processed.  If you have questions about the billing policy of this program, please contact:  anf.training2015@gmail.com.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of membership must be received in writing (a.k.a. via email) 7 days prior to the start of the next monthly billing.  Emails must be sent to anf.training2015@gmail.com.  Upon cancellation, access to Trainerize via ANF Training, LLC will cease at the end of the paid billing cycle.

 

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds issued unless otherwise specified.  The 3- and 6-month online personal training packages are not subject to refunds.  The 12-month online personal training package may be accessed for a refund for unused services, with a 5% withholding of the original price if 3-4 months remaining in package or 10% withholding of the original price for 4+ months remaining in package.  Please make sure that you’ve carefully read service description before making a purchase.
